Change

Change is a simple known part of life that everyone endures almost every day. Some changes are small like the color of your shirt or where you sit at the dinner table. But others are much greater like moving or an addition or two to the family. Many people are like my dog Koby, who when brought into change will almost completely reject it, and continue with what old habits he can. People like Koby not only hate change but try to avoid it at all costs. This seems to me pointless and time wasting. Though the evasive efforts my postpone change for a little while, they will in no way prevent it. These efforts only add more stress to the person and people around them. I have found that the best way to deal with change is to not psych yourself out, just jump right in. Go in with a good attitude and your favor to the people around you will be returned with less stress, and a faster and smooth transition.
